[2769 LBS UPGRADED LOAD] Each 4-wheel trolley assembly offers 2769lbs(1526kg) weight support. We make our roller trolley assembly using high-strength solid steel that’s impact-resistant. It features a solid-bearing steel pin shaft in the strut channel.
[SECURE AND STABLE PERFORMANCE] The four-bearing trolley assembly features welded bearings and pin shafts. This design offers more stability for secure use. It uses deep groove ball bearings to make sure you can operate it smoothly without making noise. Zinc galvanized to offer protection against rust and corrosion, to provide smooth opening/closing even in the long term.
[UNIVERSAL AND EASY TO USE] The strut channel trolley roller features standard deep groove ball bearing mounting. It’s designed for use with 1-5/8″(41.28mm) wide strut channels. It’s compatible with all 1-5/8″(41.28mm) or taller strut channels.The design includes three screw holes in a 1/4 “(6.35mm) thick steel plate, with M5 bolts recommended. You can install the ceiling trolley system or electric lift as desired, making operation easy.
[INSTALLATION NOTE] Our strut channel trolleys glide smoothly, with welded and positioned bearings ensuring stability. When using support channels of varying heights, trolley rollers may encounter mounting bolts inside the guide rail. For optimal performance, we recommend using the strut channel horizontally.
