I received the handle without any instructions, which I didn’t think was a big deal. However, the handle to the side with the lock on it came off. It seemed like there should be a screw or something to fit there. Well, on the piece with the lock, there is a tiny little screw already in place that lines up with the hole on the handle. I removed it and tried to screw it into the handle after putting it in place. Wrong! Leave the screw where it is, put the handle on it, then UNSCREW it until it is tight. It connects the handle to the lock from the inside. The allen wrench that comes with it is for this screw. I hope this saves someone some time and frustration. The handle works, it’s just assembled a bit backwards from what we are used to. The color is nice, true to description. It works really well and it looks beautiful on my door. I’m very happy with it!

Had this on my door a little over six months ago to match with the Halo Touch I purchased for it. I love the Kwikset smart-key system, it allowed me to match the key for the deadbolt with the handle. It looks sleek and modern and fits the (red) door I installed it on. Make sure when you install it that you use a level or equivalent measurements, or else it will look cattywampus big time.

Bought this doorknob for the bedroom door as the original did not have a lock. It was easy to install and did not take much time. The black matte color looks clean and minimalistic! We have had it on there for about 2 months now, and it is still durable and in good quality.
