I ain’t a mountain climber so I can’t say how they’d work for that but they sure work for what I needed. Made good and a pretty good price too. Way better than the pot metal ones you find at stores. I just use it to hang my work knife off my belt

So this thing can withstand a whole 12 Kilonewtons apparently. That’s approximately 1200kg of forceA tow truck wont be able to steal my keys from me…

Use this carabiner for my dogs temporary out door leash. She is 40 lbs and has broken the wire on several leashes (that were meant for 150 lbs max). I am using this clip to displace some of the exertion weight. It holds her to her harness. 10/10 would recommend. Especially for the price!

NOTE: THESE ARE NOT FOR CLIMBINGThese caribeaners are super lightweight and do NOT lack the quality like other “cheap” caribeaners on the market. The anodized finish is very nice and very chip resistant. I am VERY pleased with this purchase and will be buying more of these in the future.
