Once installed, these hinges are fantastic. Quiet, soft clsoing and sturdy. Getting them installed right took a little bit of research and practice. The instructions on the packaging are vague. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars.

I bought a ton of these to make all of the kitchen cabinets soft close. They were very easy change out and make 20 year old cabinets feel somewhat luxurious. All but the largest/heaviest doors needed only one new hinge each for excellent function (no need to use two soft close hinges?aone original and one soft close is plenty good).

These hinges went into my new kitchen. I used these and they all went in very nicely. Lots of adjustment to account for my first time building a kitchen. So awesome how easy it is to remove and replace the doors 1000 times. They basically go off and on with a simple press on each hinge. I’m looking forward to buying and installing more around the house, and would recommend these hinges to others. They work great too. My big 3/4 inch oak doors close so soft and quiet. Even my careless family can’t slam them. HA! THANK YOU!

Great hinges and the damper works perfectly. No harder to install than any other hinge of its type. No instructions or position dimensions. Experiment with positioning measurements on scrap which I would probably do with any hinge.

If this is for replacement, measure your hole patterns carefully before you order. These hinges had a different centerline offset for the screw holes in the door part of the hinge.But they still good.
