I just finished a new office in our house and used this sandpaper to strip off some old paint on the trim. Really great sand paper that did not clog. The life span of each sheet was average of what I would expect and the paper itself was strong. For the amount you get and at this price point, you will not find a better deal. I will reorder when needed again.
