Works like intended. Be careful how tightly you screw the screws. I had to loosen them a hair to get the slide on. Other than that, pushes the door out just fine when you need it to open.

These work really nicely and close with a solid latching feel. When released they similarly release a large amount of energy, helping to open whatever they are attached to. I’m using these on drawers in my toolbox side cabinet and am very happy with them.
