After an initial issue with the new mandoline, bought these gloves to protect delicate skin. Fit comfortably on multiple size hands and are excellent protection from the blades. Seem to be very sturdy and long-lasting. Easy to clean and will buy again if needed.

You can’t only almost slice off your fingers so many times before you realize you need these. Not only are they great when cutting but I wear when shredding cheese. They make it a lot easier to hold onto the cheese and I don’t slip and grate my knuckle anymore!

Other reviews said they couldn’t tell difference between the two sizes but I tried both on and they are definitely two different sizes. They claim to be medium and large but to me they seem to be small and medium. Anyway they are really nice. Have not tested cut resistance but plan to use these to protect knuckles while grating cheese, etc.

They do the job. I don¡¯t know why the description says heat resistant. They are advertised as cut resistant. They look like the ones that the guys chopping meat at chipotle use. I am on blood thinners and have accidentally cut my hand several times having to go to urgent care to get the bleeding to stop. So I wear a Glove on the hand holding the item to be cut. They run big but they have saved me from having to go back to urgent care for a cut that wouldn¡¯t stop bleeding.

I like to cook and I do so for my dog also. So I cut and chop a lot of food. My observations:1. They fit me fine.2. They really get dirty, quick.3. They machine wash just fine, air dry only.4. I have found that if I put a pair of gloves, latex etc. over these that the use of them is multiplied.a. They stay dry(er)b. They stay clean(er)5. They make picking up food much easier, (ie) boiled chicken breast to be sliced and a feeling of safety.6. They make mixing the Dog food, chicken, pasta, vegetables, vitamins etc. much nicer to mix by hand.7. Reaching into the oven or toaster oven is now a lot safer to cut or flip something.8. Switch to Oven gloves to remove a hot pan, these do NOT protect that well.I have not cut my finger, hand on the insanely sharp chopper since I’ve had them.Don’t use them often without covering them with rubber gloves, but I use them every single day.
