I use these for trimming brisket and am happy to report I didn’t end up bleeding once on my last brisket trim! I threw the gloves in the dishwasher to clean and that worked great. Happy with the price and product.

Gave these to my wife with her new mandoline kitchen slicer. Better safe than sorry. No cuts since she started wearing these. Gloves are a whole lot cheaper than a trip to the emergency room. Throw them in the dishwasher when they get dirty.

We started using these gloves to cut up venison after the deer hunt. They not only protect your hands from cuts, they make it easier to grip the meat. Since then, we started using them for all meats, especially poultry. I also like them to protect my knuckles while cutting sweet corn off the cob while preparing it for the freezer. My niece had sore hands as a result of chemo. She said they were very helpful for her while working with food. I have now purchased several more pair so that everyone has a pair to wear during our multi-family deer processing weekend each year. I launder them in my washer and lay them out to dry. Still have the first pair I purchased and they are showing no sign of wear nd tear.
