Nice to get hardware that fits. My glass is 8mm and these clamp brackets were just right. The threaded hole fit the existing studs perfectly. The metal set screws are wide with plastic tips to fit snugly to the glass and are Phillips instead of annoying hex. Delivery was fast – less than one full day.

Provides a clear barrier in a hazardous opening on the stairway. We purchased 1/4” thick plexiglass from a local window/mirror shop. These brackets held it securely with (I purchased separately) longer screws. The enclosed screws are only an inch long and did not get into the stud.The plastic screw of the bracket tightens up to the plexiglass nicely. The overall look turned out well
