They worked perfect and lined up with my hardware spot on. They make it so you can put the screws in the same place as the existing screws that hold your hardware on but attach the plates in different spots

I’m glad to have these on hand for future, but for the 2 kitchen cabinets I have, they work work to solve the problem. The reason is my cabinet doors were re-faced by former owners and they butchered the job. Ordering this to repair was my last-ditch effort. Under normal circumstances, I’d guess these will work for 90% of people that have janky hinges that have pulled away over time. I’ve needed these type of tools in the past, and they’ve worked great. Really nice to have on hand.

Some people in my house, who shall remain nameless, enjoy overstuffing our kitchen cabinets, then pushing the cabinet doors closed. You know what that does to hunges that are mounted on wood? It rips the screws out of their holes.After tiring of making numerous repairs to keep the hinges attached to the door, and running out of space to do so, I sought another solution, which is when I discovered these hinge repair plates.They worked great, and now I’ve got to keep an eagle eye on the cabinets to make sure they don’t get too full again!
