I used them to replace the torn out studs And rusted bolts in my wobbly out door aluminum deck furniture. Just drilled out the studs and inserted the bolts and tightened with the locking nuts and painted to match. The furniture is now sturdy and can last another 20 years or until the glass breaks.

After moving, the hardware for my bed went missing. It had been in storage for some time so the ziplock bag with the hardware could be anywhere by now. I don’t even remember what kind of hardware it was . But, with some thought, patience and ingenuity, I was able to use these to reassemble my bed again. Now, they are permanently attached to the bed rails and there’s no way they’ll ever get lost again. Furthermore, I’m certain that the stainless steel bolts will outlie the entire piece of furniture.

This bolt is 18-8 stainless. Not as good as 316 in saltwater, but it will do! I needed the bolt to be fully threaded for my project and the box it came in was very nice.
