Kiefer –
Look like the right size to attach hangers on picture frames. Have not tried them yet to make sure the heads don’t come off with tightening like ones that came with hangers. Will let you know when I find out. Packaged ok, but was placed in a big box with a boxed tile cutter, sand paper and scissor sharpener. Many holes in the screw package and box with tile cutter torn open with cutter coming out into larger box. No major damage, thankfully.

For mounting D-ring hangers on picture frames, I prefer these S/S (stainless steel) screws over the common steel ones. They cost a bit more but are likely to keep their lovely finish for many years to come-a nice professional look that nobody notices but me.

These are fantastic screws and my review isn¡®t about the quality, durability, etc.I purchased the 100pc package three time over the last few weeks, but today was the first time I counted them. I¡®m puzzled to find out they¡®re only 50pc even when the packaging clearly prints 100pc. Hoping this was a fluke but check your package.

Worked as designed. Removed the 25 year old tarnished screws on my storm door frame and put these in their place. One lesson learned: buy the same type of screw you are replacing. My old screws were hex/slot and I purchased Phillips. Doubled my replacement time.Very pleased with new look and peace of mind.

These work fine, and were tested to be non-magnetic. They are 304 stainless which is recommened for light corrosion zones. Use only 316 stainless steel screws or products in heavy salt areas (coastal zones), industrial or agricultural zones.
