I used this for a Hammock hanging at the Ceiling. The tricky part is to find the Beam at the Ceiling, I used a stud detector for that and rest all was easy peasy lemon squeezy. :)

And I am in heaven. Very sturdy holding a 180lb man, my studs aren’t creaking at all even with a healthy swing. Drill the side screws inward on an angle to get deep into the stud. Wish I had done this sooner tbh. What more could you need out of life than INDOOR HAMMOCK
