Product is exactly as photos show.You get both screws and double-sided tape to fix both elements to the floor and to the door.My doors have a strong spring, so I was quite worried that the magnet wouldn’t be strong enough to keep the door open. I was positively surprised to see that it worked with no issues!

Like the adhesive pads, found getting the flap on floor pad to stay upright to screw down a fiddle.Looks good when installed though.

Used this for a new solid wood door, in the kitchen with tiled floor and upstands, with under floor heating, so no drilling.Easy to instal 2 screws on door and 3m pad to floor, works a treat, and the base plate has a slight rounded edges and is low profile, so is not a trip hazard or uncomfortable under foot.

Bought these to keep the roomba from locking itself in the bathroom again. I was hoping the magnet would be a little stronger, but it still works great. It holds the door open well. you just have to be a little careful when opening the door to get it to latch on properly.

Due to moving I¡¯ve had to do multiple installs but it¡¯s not perfect. I can¡¯t just secure it to the door and open it, perfectly sticking the other side to the wall. It somehow isn¡¯t a perfect position and once I open the door back up and close it again, the magnet isn¡¯t lined up perfectly. Could be horrible user error but I can¡¯t make it line up easily.Once it is lined up though, works like a charm! Even with hollow doors, it isn¡¯t stuck too much and has the perfect magnetic pull to it. I love it since it keeps this one door of mine open when I need it to (door is hung at an angle so keeps closing halfway, and it¡¯s so light the AC pushes it and makes the door creak like a horror movie).Also perfect length so I don¡¯t have to remove the original door stop spring thing since I¡¯m renting and don¡¯t want to make any permanent or semipermanent changes.
