The specification of this hinge is the same, the difference between Full Overlay and Half Overlay before is that Full Overlay doesn't come with an adhesive pad, Half Overlay comes with an adhesive pad.

My home is 15 years old and all the cabinets have Amerock hinges. They use a 5/16th cam screw to hold them to the door.I couldn¡¯t find good replacements until I found these. I did need to fill the cam holes with some 5/16th dowels glued in place.I was able to drill a small pilot hole and then attach the new hinge. A little adjustment and they are perfect. They appear to be a great value because neither box store (blue or orange) carried a frame mount concealed hinge.These came in one day, thanks Prime, and easily installed. My wife is happy and I¡¯m proud of the finish. I recommend these based on the install and adjustment process.

Looked at lots of images to be sure I got the right type of hinge. This was perfect for our bathroom cabinet, where one of the hinges cracked and broke. Easy install and we were able to leave the second hinge on (which wasn’t broken). Now we have a spare for when another hinged inevitably breaks. Hope I remember where I put it.
