Installation Steps:
- Drill the holes according to the marks, we recommend to use 6mm drill.
- Using a hammer to insert the anchor into the solid wall.
- Putting the base plate over the anchor, then tighten the screws.
- Attach the hook to the base plate.
- Using a hex wrench to tighten the screws to finish the installation.

Once installed, I was extremely happy to surprisingly find the adhesion pads (included) is super sticky. Definitely needed to take the time to measure, as the adhesive is hard to adjust or remove once applied.I¡®m so glad I carefully reviewed the instructions, where I could have easily made the mistake to try to stick on painted drywall. It sticks to my shower glass very well, and no issues holding up my towels.Another great buy!!!

Just picked up 4 packs of 4 hooks for a bike storage project where I need lots of hooks for helmets, hydration packs, bags, and other things I wanted to get off the ground. I had used a competitor’s similar hook that came in 3 packs for more than the 4 pack of these for hooks in bathrooms and for coats by doors in our cabin and decided that saving some money would be handy since I needed so many hooks.Well, it is apparent that the quality of the hooks is proportional to the cost. From a distance, these look identical to the more expensive hooks. That is certainly important and I have no doubt that they will hold up decently in humid environments. However, upon closer inspection they are about half the weight. The welds for the horizontal to vertical round part of the hook are not as good of a quality with some gaps between the parts. The horizontal piece on these hooks is screwed into the base (with a visible screw head) versus clean welds on the more expensive model.The biggest drawback is the mounting mechanism – a thin round cup formed flange and single point set screw. The more expensive models use a square shape flange with the 4 sides bent up and a flat point set screw. This less expensive model has the set screw 45¡ã off vertical so when you tighten it on the wall mount, the entire hook moves diagonally from the mounting flange and suddenly is not centered on the X or Y axis of the mounting flange. Furthermore, you can over-tighten the set screw to the point where it is difficult to impossible to remove. The round thin mounting flange means that if the set screw is not just right the hook could rotate. The whole assembly feels like it could pop off the wall with a little too much force or the hook could spin. The more expensive hooks with a square flange do move slightly when mounted but they get pulled down by about 1mm and not in 2 axis. The square flange has the locking tabs angled slightly so even if the set screw is a little loose, the hook still stays on the flange. Since it is square, it literally cannot rotate and because the flange is sized right, you cannot tighten the screw too much so it falls into the inside of the mounting area.If you are willing to pay a little more, there are better options out there. This option certainly is cheaper but it feels noticeably cheaper. If you need 8-9 hooks, go with something nicer. If you need to hang some heavy stuff, go with something nicer. If you need a ton of nickel finish hooks and they’re not holding much for weight, this may be the ticket.
