What minimum internal cabinet height is required - the vidoe says 610mm but the note above says 700mm? Peter asked on August 10, 2026

The "610mm" dimension refers to the minimum space required to install the pull-out basket.

The "700mm" dimension refers to the recommended height to allow extra space for storing taller items, such as bottles and jars.

Therefore, 610mm is the minimum required cabinet height, while 700mm is the recommended height for better storage capacity and greater ease of use.

what is the clearance for the sliding basket passed the adjoining cabinet roy Jarrett asked on January 5, 2026

Hi roy, Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Here are the specific installation requirements to ensure the basket slides out smoothly:

Installation Position: When installing the unit, please ensure the edge of the bottom base is positioned 4.72" (120mm) away from the edge of the cabinet opening.

Resulting Clearance: If the above distance is met, when you pull the basket out, there will be a clearance of 1.96" (50mm) between the basket and the exterior wall of your cabinet (excluding the door panel).

Adjoining Door: This means that as long as your adjoining cabinet door is no thicker than 0.79" (20mm), the basket will not hit the door.

Important Note: Please make sure there are no protruding door handles or other obstructions on the adjoining cabinet within this path, as they may block the basket.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
We have already contacted you by email and sent you two attachments. We recommend that you review the attachments to learn more about our products.

For the 800mm cabinet unit it says the minimum width of the cupboard is 620mm. This has confused me, how could a cupboard of width 620mm fit a '800mm unit'? Sarah asked on April 16, 2025

Hi Because 620 mm is the minimum width of the cabinet . It is possible to match the ‘800 mm unit’. The ‘900 mm unit’ has a bigger pull-out, so the minimum width of the cabinet should be 660 mm.

On the 900 unit it says 405mm clearance at the front and I have 400mm, will this fit or do I need the 800 unit which only needs 370mm ? I would prefer the larger unit if it will fit. Tony asked on April 7, 2025

Hi If your opening is only 400mm, buying blind corner pull-outs in the 900mm size will have a high chance of getting stuck when installed or used. I suggest you buy the 800mm size will be more suitable

  1. John Fernihough (business owner) –

Very substantial construction, but easily overloaded with heavy jars. If used sensibly uses otherwise unusable space. We did have to cut away a small part of the cupboard, but works well

  2. MRS A. –

I like this unit because I hate having to get on my hands and knees to find items in the corner, my only gripe with this purchase, when I pull out the first part I have to yank it out as it does not always come out far enough to slide past the door of the adjoining unit

  3. Kay London –

The pull out rack is a great idea and well made.I was trying to replace an 11 year old rack in a Wren corner and sadly the internal structure wouldn’t allow it to be fitted if the door was going to close. The bulky top plastic bits on the basket structure were a hindrance and I had to return (which was easy and swift).

  4. Marlon Fraile –

I am very happy with this product. It is easy to install and allows me to access my kitchen devices without taking out all the stuff to take only one in the end.I had to make some adaptations due to the gas valve but it is working great. It is robust and high-quality built.

Shorter than I anticipated. There is a lot of wasted space in the cupboard but my cupboard is 1000m it wasn’t quite the right fit as we had a centre support and the handle for the inner trays was on the way, so we had to trim it down. Easy to fit and works well. Overall very happy with it.

  6. Claire S. (business owner) –

Really simple to install despite having to make a few adjustments to one of my cupboard due to a gas pipe.Well made product at a great price. No more unreachable space in my corner cupboards

  8. The crafter –

The media could not be loaded. This was so easy to install although the instructions were small print so copied into large printout. Doing a lot of searching on these I picked this one (the cheapest too) , it is very sturdy and serves its purpose very well, I still have space in the blind spot so put my wok and other pans I don’t use often. Very pleased with it

Incredibly sturdy and well made.We were a bit worried but it is so easy to fit !Goodbye to ‘the black hole’ kitchen cupboard. Hello pull out basket heaven.Fab product!

  10. Ivan G. –

The media could not be loaded. I was dreading installing this but it was so simple. Easy to install, one screwdriver needed, perfect fit, easy to use and transforms a dead corner into a usable purposeful space. Well done.
