Very sturdy brackets with hardware included. It is a little difficult to get the screws in given the cross support member but with an extension on a screwdriver or power drill it¡®s doable.

The shelf brackets are made from solid steel bars and are heavy duty. They replace some stamped steel brackets that are much lighter. They are a little more difficult to install as the center holes are difficult to get with a drill bit to due to the angled bracket. I used a long extension bit holder that helped a lot. I ordered a second set of this 12×8 size and a set of 6×8 for smaller shelves.

I put up a number of large and deep shelf’s in my garage and these work excellent. I have a lot of weight on them. Very strong. I do recommend screwing them directly into the studs, 2×4’s etc.
