  1. Thomasina –

We kicked in the door from the garage to the house because we locked ourselves out, while the toddlers were in alone. We didnt even think just Kicked that door in. Well we can’t afford to replace the door, so we bought hot wood glue and these clamps. My door was splintered and ripped on the opening side; we were able to sand a bit, apply some glue, put these clamps on: these were SO easy to use. They can hold something much thicker than my door. It was very easy for my partner to open and clamp these onto the door as I glued and pressed the pieces back together; they held on that door for 24 hours. When we released them, they came off easy-and my door holds perfect! They are easy to store, light weight-so light I thought they were a crap buy until we used them!! Buy these!

  2. Edana –

I love these clamps. They’re way better than hand-held stretch clamps (like chip clips) that break when stretched just a tad too far. So satisfied with this product that I’ve bought several sizes at this point. The mini size is just as strong as the full-size, which was very impressive. The red piece at the tip of the clamp does slide off occasionally after the clamp settles into place, which is to be expected. Absolutely no hassle to slide back on, and preferable to other clamps where this piece would just break off.

  3. Violet –

Low clamping force compared to my craftsman clamps!

  4. Bridget –

Seemed OK but first time I used as a spreader the hinge for the grip (inside the handle) broke when moderate pressure was applied. I opened the handle to look at it and the hinge pin was metal but it was affixed into the handle with plastic holders that broke as grip pressure was applied. Might work as clamp but did not do well as a spreader. I would only use this for light to medium pressure work. No pressure specs given at item page.Edit: I contacted the company and even though it had been 8 months since purchase they stood behind their warrantee and immediately shipped me a replacement at no charge. I have thus upped my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Good value/price for 24 inch clamp and should work OK except for high clamping/spreading work. I would buy from this company again since they stand behind their products.

  5. Earthy –

Was perfect for what I needed them for.

  6. Wyman –

I would have given this stars but I bought 3 of them and one of them did not work! I took it apart and found out that there is two pieces of steel in the clamp and one of them was shorter than the other. I switched them around and put the long one against the handle and it works. POOR QUALITY CONTROL! The clamps work just as good as the Irwin Clamps I have at 3 times the money. I will buy these again.

  7. Perfect –

Thus far I’ve gotten 8 of the 24inch clamps (on Amazon) and picked up a bunch of the 18inch ones (at Walmart) – plus other spring/hand clamps. These clamps have really made my DIY projects go much faster. Been working on a bunch of raised flowerbeds. These clamps keep everything pulled tight together. And with the ability to flip the end around and use it to push out, they help push warped boards flush. The clamps can be overlapped to reach even farther than a single clamp can reach. Comes in very handy when trying to clamp down a 40 inch corner.

  8. Ives –

These clamps are great for medium duty clamping. At the price you cannot beat them. At the cost of lower pressure on each individual clamp you will be able to afford for have more clamps to do the job. So you will be able to evenly space the clamps. If I need more clamping power I prefer to use a screw clamp. Most of the time though, if you need to clamp that heavily something was done wrong with the geometry of the wood you are clamping. So these clamps will work great for most woodworking if you take the time to really get your geometry right.Advertised dimensions are correct.Pros:*Super cheap larger clamp*Proper dimensions*Clamps in both directions unlike most screw clampsCons:*Wish I had more clamping pressure so I could use these for literally everything (-1/2 a star)Overall: 4.5/5 stars (>=.5 rounds up, 5 starsIf you have any further questions regarding the product in my review please leave a comment below and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

  9. Guide –

not the best or the worst. They won’t last for years, but they are getting the job done for me.

  10. Gaye –

This little tool is awesome! I needed the reversible feature on it to press something apart and it did the job. To uses it this way you just slide the end off and put it on the other way. Otherwise it would be used to hold something together. I¡¯ve since used it for several other tasks. It¡¯s small so make sure you read the dimensions. I wish they made a larger version to because I would buy it. This is a great tool to have in your toolbox!
