Wow these things are nice. I went out side and clamped my box and these clamps hold. I have a small gap I could not close with my other clamps but these closed the gaps. The handles are strong and powerful I recommend these clamps if you have a big project you need to get done.

I needed an extra long clamp for a project I was working on ; had not expectations outside of the one project, and considered every project thereafter would be a bonus. This clamp has been used at least once a week since purchasing. The longer length makes it so versatile; I decided to store it in my broom closet, for quick access. Very pleased with my purchase.

These clamps are perfect for small to medium clamping needs. They hold strong and are easy to use, particularly if you have small hands.

Adjustable clamp keeps sliding up and down shaft when not in use, won’t stay in one position until tightened.
Rosalie –
Not bad holds tight but seems to loosen its extra tight grip with vibration while drilling , not as of good quality like dewalt but for the price its definitly a cheap helping hand, did drop from about 12¡¯ in air and cracked the handle but still work

Bought a pair of the 36″ clamps to assist with cabinet assembly. So far was a project saver and now realizing I need four. Came back here to buy another pair and figured maybe I’d get Irwin instead. Then I found out these are half the price of Irwin’s 36″ clamp. Fair enough. I’m ordering another pair of these less expensive ones. Here’s what you lose for the price – cheaper construction, button clamp release is difficult to push and feels like it might break, clamping pads are half the size (might be a benefit if you are working in a tight space). All that said, our use is incidental for this one project. I’d rather have twice as many cheap ones than half as many nice ones. These are working out just fine for us.

I purchased 2 of the 24″ ones, just to see how well they worked, I have been building “Heirloom Quality”custom woodwork for 30+ years and have spent about $1,000.00 on various clamps from the wonderful box clamps from Woodpeckers (perfect for what they are designed for) the 48″ Jorgensen cabinet makers screw clamps (also the perfect design for the purpose that they were made for)- These medium duty and very cost efficient clamps are perfect for gluing well fitted parts , if you have 1/8″ to 1/4” to squeeze into place, then you better check your layout or get a new pair of glasses, I work within 1/64th of an inch (I’m obsessive about tight fits) These work as good as those clamps that I used to pay $15 -$20 for, and Tekton stands behind their products, when I’m working with wood species that I pay $18-25 a B.F I want no doubt that the clamp will not fail, these work so well, I just got 4 more- BIG Thanks to Amazon for allowing a well managed company that stands behind their work (I did take one apart, the internals are the same as the higher price ones)- I also ordered other Tekton tools and everyone is a good tool, my costs go down, so does the cost to my clientele- Thanks Tekton for a well made high quality product- I will be buying more

These are great for clamping small pieces for a glue-up. The grip is firm but won¡¯t mar the work piece. The release / free slide tab can be a pain. It can be difficult to release while wearing work gloves.

These tekton clamps are good overall. I question their true strength, but most of the type for my pretty typical glue-ups they serve the job nicely. In a perfect world I’d love for the trigger to be the opposite direction, and for a better release mechanism as the red button release can be a bit hard to trigger. Overall though, and nitpicks aside, they work quite well and were VERY reasonably priced. I’ve got about 10 of these of varying sizes and they all are quite reliable.

Using it clamp/repair my favorite Off White dad sandals with some shoe glue, works great. Perfect size, great value. This clamp and sone inexpensive shoe glue can give you another year out of shoes where the sole is separating.
