I rarely buy ‘home improvement’ related items, but me and my partner just moved into a new apartment and our front door immediately slams shut if not held open. Incredibly annoying. I figured I’d buy a door stopper, and in my mind all I could picture was a plastic wedge, or at best a weighted object you move in front of the door with your foot because that’s all I’ve ever seen. I thought this was intriguing, and at $14 for a 2 pack I figured why not try it. I am literally blown away with how useful this is. The adhesive is very strong and made it easy to set up, and the magnet is STRONG. I cannot overstate how much convenience this has brought us for less than $15. I want to give them as gifts now lol

I ordered 2 sets of these and floor mounted them using the expansion bolt into a concrete floor. It holds it very securely. One unit magnet strength is very weak and does not hold the door or barely at times. I swapped the magnet post from one door to another (easy to do when screwed to the expansion bolt stud) and the problem followed the one problem post. The finish looks nice and the ones that do hold work well with an easy release of just giving the door a slight push toward the stop. A swing down door stop might have been a better application versus a floor mounted stop, but I do like the operation for the doors that the magnet actually holds.

We moved into an older home and we had the small annoyance of doors that weren’t staying open. I bought a pack of these to try and we ended up loving them so much we bought more. The magnets hold the door open well, but also release easily when you go to close the door. We haven’t any issues with the magnets being too strong or too weak. We used the sticky tape for installation and our kids managed to pull one off, but it didn’t damage the paint at all, thank goodness! Like I said, we were so impressed we bought more of them, so we would definitely recommend!

Our bedroom door won¡¯t stay put. Very annoying. So, I put a rubber door stop under it. Problem solved, but not really acceptably. When I saw these, I gave them a try.Wow. Easy to install. The adhesive backing on the two pieces work great. One piece stuck to the door and one to the wall. They hold the door firmly, but when we want to close the door, a small tug releases the two pieces. An elegant solution. The other one I put on our door to the garage, which has a closer on it. Now, when we are making multiple trips to and from the car and kitchen, we just fully open the door and this bad boy holds the door open, despite the closer wanting to close it.This was a great purchase.

I love the idea of this. Need it for the bathroom door. The main door won’t stay open and swings shut on its own, so the kids tromp through my bedroom to get to the bathroom. It isn’t sticky enough to stay in place because the magnet is too strong and pulls it off the wall. It took off a huge swatch of paint with it, which I’m not too happy about.

I should’ve bought this for my front door ages ago! It’s one of those doors that always just slowly closes, so we’re always shoving a shoe in front of it, which is annoying and looks messy. I used the included stickers/sticky foam pieces to attach this to my floor and the back of the door, and bam, problem solved! It doesn’t audibly click, so most people don’t know to just gently press, but I love it!

We found this after way too much suffering with our apartment door. Our door has a door closer and it was a mess when entering the house with bags. Our son is currently using a wheelchair so we needed a quick solution to allow him to enter the house with no issues. This stopper is great because it doesn¡¯t harm the door, its super quick to install (2 min max) and it looks good. Would buy again!!!
